At fit20 we coach you through a quick, 1x weekly workout. This improves your strength, endurance, oxygen transport, blood sugar regulation, bone density, metabolism, energy levels, hormone profile, mental focus, flexibility, immune function, ability to cope with stress, and so much more.

A Private Studio

fit20 Studios are quiet and peaceful. There are no distractions here, just 100% focused training. No mirrors, no TVs, no music, no onlookers. Our members get their workout done quickly, in only 20 minutes one time a week, and get on with their lives.

20 Minutes of Coaching

If you are motivated by personal support and coaching you will feel inspired at fit20. Your trainer will guide you through your once-weekly workout, will work with you to identify your goals and then push you to meet them. You will always get the personal attention you need to achieve your fitness goals.
